how to download/reinstall purchased software

I purchased the software and have the order # and unlock code. I had to do a system recover on my pc and lost the software. how do i get it downloaded and reinstalled. I have the order # and the unlock code but the link to download does not work.

If the program was purchased within a year, you may download the latest release of the program directly from Downloads section of our website. It will work with the unlock code you have.
If the program was purchased earlier, you need to renew the program license in order to unlock its latest release. To do this, please visit "Renewals" section on Buy Now webpage.
Old versions of our software are not available for download from our server.
