Which version of the program do you have installed? Please click 'i' button in the top right corner of the program window to display the full version number.

Please do the following:

1. Run the program
2. Click in the program main window
3. Press Ctrl+Shift+L
4. Message "Log enabled" should appear
5. Restart the program
6. Follow the actions leading to the problem
7. Exit the program
8. Go to My Documents (or Documents on Vista) -- you will find "sigloslog.txt" file there. Please email it to [email protected].

Karaokegod, have you tried resetting KP to default? Many times this simple reset clears hiccups that a user may encounter from time to time. Using this script will reset KP to its original state so you may want to save your settings. You can do this by going to settings. In the settings popup on the bottom right you will see tools. Click on it and select save settings from the drop down menu. Save the settings in a location that you can easily find, like the desktop. After running the default script go through the same process but select load settings. Navigate to the location of your saved settings an select it. All done. Let us know if it works or not.

OK...I have discovered that if you try to use downloads they don't work, but if you simply add the song to your rotation it will work (you have to click in the window to start song like a regular YouTube video, and sometimes they have ads)
