I purchased your software twice some time ago under. I tried to use it now and it is telling me it is in trial mode. I thought I had the unlock code saved but I do not. Please send it to me at my new email address. I appreciate your speedy reply. thank you

you would be better off contacting them directly at
support@powerkaraoke.com and deleting your info from here.
