Power cd+g rip

Hi I'm using the latest version of Power CD+G burner trying to Rip some Karaoke CD+G discs but every track that it Rips and converted to mp3+g comes up with no audio just silent tracks
did anyone come across this issue?
and got any idea what I'm doing wrong

MP3+G is a pair of two files: CDG and MP3. When playing back the ripped files, please make sure MP3 file with soundtrack is located in the same folder where CDG file is.

Hi thanks for getting back to me
they are in same file but every time i rip a track it plays with no sound.

What program do you use to play back the files?
