Correct email address and unlocking Power CD = G bURNER 2

I am using Power CD+G Burner 2. Recently I get the message that My version is a trial version and to enter an unlock code. What do I need to do to continue using the burner? Please advise. My correct email is billneely1958@verizon.net. Thanks.
