Get Help & Advice on Installing & Using Karaoke Software by Power Karaoke

Hello-
Everytime I import new files (videos), as soon as the import is done and that import window closes, Siglos crashes, causing me to to have to restart the program. It also keeps the last song played back in the list. While not a HUGE deal, it does create a lag in my show. Any ideas on how to make this not happen ?
