My computer died, and I have Siglos Karaoke Professional on it. Can I download it again?
it depends on the version.
if you had the current version installed, then yes.
your purchase includes 1 year of updates.
if your version is older than 1 year, you can still install using your backup and same code you were mailed as long as you want.
if you do not have a backup of the installer, you would need to purchase an update renewal, but already being a customer that is at a discounted $29.
