Does this program work? I can't get it to run in any x64 OS. I've tried Win 7, 10 and Server 2016.

Yes, it does. Could you please describe the problems you are experiencing with more details?

Typically I can't even get the program to run...

I've been needing to start it in compatibility mode and "Run as administrator"...

Then it will start.

From there I load up a test file click convert and either nothing happens or I get a message that it failed to output with options to retry, skip, or skip all.

I've tried all output options. I've tried multiple files. I know that the ones I'm testing with are good.

What is a format of your test file? Please download and install the following codec:

I'm on my x64 Windows 7 Test Desktop. This is a virtual machine running on Hyper-V.

Program still won't start without clicking Run As Administrator.

After installing the Codec pack.

Still getting a box that pops up and states...

"Encoding Error"

Error encoding file... Break, Skip, Skip Always

Thanks for looking into this.[/img]

What is a format of a file you are trying to convert? Is the system up-to-date? Do you have the latest DirectX available for Windows 7 installed?

This system is completely updated. Direct X is included in Windows 7 at this point. There is no separate installer.

Do you experience this for any compression settings?
