Power CDG stopped working

My power cdg burner 2 stopped working. A windows pop up tells me to close the program. I have reinstalled the software using your latest update link I found in your troubleshooting page. And I still have the same issue. Any ideas?

You may try downloading and running this file:
http://www.powerkaraoke.com/download/cd ... efault.reg
Please save the file on your computer using "Save page as" command in your Internet browser, and then run it with "Open with -> Registry Editor" command from right-click menu.
It will revert Power CD+G Burner 2 to default settings.
