Siglos PowerKaraoke Pro quit playing ungraded from Windows10

I can't get the player to work...I get a notice that it stopped working and wont until microsoft finds a fix...any help would be appreciated...maybe remove the program and re install...purchased about 3 years ago

I recommend to renew the program license, and install the latest release of the program. It should resolve the problem.
