Compression settings - Power CD+G to MP4 Converter

Hello and sorry for my english 
I've registered for my aunt and uncle the software "Power CD+G to MP4 Converter" last week.
Now, if I start the program it works. That's good.
But when I change the predefined preset at compression settings (for example) from iPhone to Full HD or another and start the program again, the predefined preset is iPhone again and not Full HD.
What can I do? I would like to save the changed setting.
