Unlock Code will not work

I bought PowerKaraoke and my PC crashed, I reinstalled the program but now the unlock code does not work . Is there anyway I can get another code without having to buy the program again?

Did you install the latest release of the software? You need to renew the program license in order to do this. Please visit "Renewals" section on Buy Now webpage to place the order.
Please use the originally downloaded setup file to install an old version of the program that will work with the unlock code you have. Old versions of our software are not available for download from our website.
