Key code

I purchased this program twice now , my computer just crashed and I just got it back and putting all my programs back on but now this Power Burner 2 won't work with the Key code I have.
I love the program and just want it to work again. Please help. I hope I dont have to buy it for the 3rd time.

My unlock code is not working, says invalid serial number.
I've tried emailing
support@karaoke.com several times, but I keep getting an error. I have sent other emails before and after to other addresses with no errors.
Can someone please contact me with how I can correct this?

Well, you have specified a different address in your post.
You may try using
info@powerkaraoke.com instead.

karaoke.com is a website for downloading songs and not affiliated with Power Karaoke at all.
this explains why you have gotten no reply, the recipient of your mail is merely confused as to why you have contacted them for this software.
