codes for karaoke play and burner

hi there. a few years ago i purchased your karaoke player and karaoke burner from you. the karaoke burner and karaoke player have been great for years but when i tried to go into the burner and player it said that i need the unlock codes. i have changed my email address to paulrichards630@gmail.com so could you email me the unlock codes for the karaoke burner and the karaoke player to my new email address please.
