lost code

recently the software that I bought from you quit working. It was the player 2. My code would not work when I tried to reinstall it. I emailed you to ask for a new code and have not heard back. Can you please send me a new code to the above email address?

I had to reload my software onto an alternate computer because the computer I originally had it on crashed. I always make a back up of all my software, but apparently in order to make it work on the new computer I need an unlock code. Can you send me the one for mine. My email is above.
