PROGRAM STILL NOT WORKING

Adam, all the solutions for the last couple of weeks have not worked. Out of complete frustration I purchased a new siglos pro program tonight for another $99.00 and guess what, it does not work either. It will not let me enter unlock code just like my original. I am to the point that I am requesting a refund for both my purchases that don't work or that it be fixed asap. The ball is in your court. Let me know something within 24 hours.

As in the screenshot we sent the unlock box will not let you click on it. Light gray in color and will not function at all.

Did you see the screenshot that was sent?? Nothing happens because we cannot click on unlock.

Please make sure to have CTRL key pressed while clicking Help, and then Unlock.
