Burned discs won't play or only play sometimes

I've had this problem for a while. I use Power CDG Burner 2 to create CDG discs containing bin files I've created using Karaoke CD+G Creator and bin files I've downloaded.

Sometimes the disc will be fine, but more often it might play on Siglos Player and my karaoke machine at home, but when I go to a karaoke venue, their machine can't access any of the tracks. Sometimes the disc plays one or two of the songs on my home machine and not the rest.

Per your suggestions, I've tried changing many recording settings, changing disc media (I'm using well-respected brands -- Verbatim, TDK, Maxell), even changing computers.

There are times also when Power CDG Burner 2 also crashes a lot on my PC.I've gotten used to rebooting often, as just restarting the program doesn't seem to help. After several reboots, it will behave, and then will work (apparently) well for a number of discs. But I'm wondering if it really isn't recording properly, because of all the issues I'm having.

My computer is relatively new; my software (Windows) is up to date. I've exhausted your earlier suggestions on how to fix this problem. Any new ideas?? Are there special settings that should be made on the karaoke player to accommodate your disc format?

Please run Power CD+G Burner 2, and press CTRL+L. The folder with the log file cdgblog.txt will be displayed. Please attach the file to a e-mail message, and send it to support@powerkaraoke.com together with the problem description.
