Get Help & Advice on Installing & Using Karaoke Software by Power Karaoke

I just installed the new version on windows 10 . my songs are skipping a bit now. they are only skipping in the siglos pro . No other music files are skipping in any other application we use. We have gone through everything we can think of to fix the problem with no avail. Help.

The problem has reoccurred even with the codec.

are you using Siglos Karaoke Pro?
is it fill in songs skipping, karaoke songs skipping, or both?
if karaoke, are they mp3+g or mp4?

SONGS ARE SKIPPING IN BOTH THE FILL IN PLAYLIST AND KARAOKE . SIGLOS PROFESSIONAL. I HAVE TRIED K-LITE VIDEO & AUDIO CODECS. MY PROGRAM IS FULLY UP TO DATE. I HAVE THE VIDEO CODECS INSTALLED THAT YOU HAVE RECOMMENDED NOW. STILL HAVING ISSUES. WINDOWS 10 , 64 BIT.

What is a format of the songs you are having problems with?

All formats are skipping. But only in my silos player. Regular wmv or mp3 in my windows media player or media monkey do not skip

Have you tried resetting back to default? Sometimes resetting to default clears out the goblins that happen to creep in.

I just tried resetting the default values. it did not help. We even went so far as reinstalling windows 10 fresh just to see if it was an OS problem. Still only happens in the Siglos program. My old (15 years old ) windows 7 computer , I have absolutely no problems with at all running the software. I love siglos so this is very frustrating

Please disable "Skip silence..." options in File -> Settings -> KJ, and let me know if it changes anything.
