I have duel dvd burners hp-dt-st-dvdrrw-gwa-4083 and hp dvd writer 630c
Will I be able to back up and copy my cd/g's

HP drives usualy do not support CDG well, but you can download the demo of the software and test it for yourself. Maybe the models you have will work better.

As above with the HP.
The LG 4083 drive you have should work fine with the burner program.
