This is the first time doing this and am not very good on computers. My friend gave me a cdg they purchased from Sound Choice and i would like to make a copy of it on a cdr cd so i can play it in my karaoke machine. Please help i have no clue where to start ? do i put the sound choice cdg in and burn it or rip it or do i just hit copy and then put in the blank cdr and will it copy the music and lyrics? Please forgive me I am so lost at this.

It is possible that the CD drive in your computer does not support CDG. What kind of CD drive do you have?

cd drive

i have a cd drive of HL-DT-ST RW/DVD GCC-4240N

is this a cd drive that would work for copying cdg's? If not is there a site to download a cdg compatible drive or is this something i would have to purchase and have installed in my computer?

i can get songs from Karaoke info and download them and they will play on my karaoke player though, but it don't work when i take a cdg from the store and try to copy it.

please help
