Hi - I am trying to use the remote queue feature for the first time. I have registered with Connect Karaoke and enable the server in Siglos. When I try to Connect Karaoke on my iphone and enter the show name it takes me to the browse page but there are no songs showing up. What am I doing wrong?

Please test if you are able to access your database via local server using local address.

Sorry, I'm not very IT savvy. How do I test the local server?

Please enable local network server on Local Network tab in Settings for Remote Queue, and open the local address specified there in your Internet browser.

Making sure that you are on the same network of course.

Okay, I did that but I get an error:
This site can't be reached
ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED

Please check if it is not a firewall that is blocking the connection.

I am having this problem too. I cannot see that any firewall is blocking the software.

Please try if internet server works -- if you use connectkaraoke.com, firewall is bypassed.

Also are you able to access the start page, but not the search?

I am having the same issue today, I am at a show so can't do a whole lot to troubleshoot. It was working friday. I did the latest windows and skp updates sat because I don't have a show. The settings in remote says everything is fine. 4 different phones say something different.

I turned off my firewall and still the same thing. Also tried going direct using ip address like we used to have to before connectkaraoke buffer. No dice.

I am sorry for that. Is there a chance you can send me a log file?

Also are you unable to connect at all, or no song are displayed?

It connects, just no songs listed and you can't log in. I ended up doing the older version and it works fine. Later today I will set it up with the newest and get the log file for you.
