I am having problems with purchaced products

Hello,
I purchaced Karaoke Creator Pro, Karaoke Player Pro and Karaoke Burner from you a few months ago, and have enjoyed using these products over the last few months. Today, I went to use these programs, and they all say that I am now using the DEMO mode, which means that I am unable to completely use these programs. Can you please assist me to get these programs working correctly again?? Thanks!!!
