unlock code

I purchased the player yesterday but have not received an unlock code. It has never taken this long before. It is possible that the email account was entered wrongly, but both versions were shown on the screen. is the unlock code purchased separately from the actual order? I have purchased from you before, and don't remember the process. I need some help, please.
