I really never use youtube, but I had a request the other day, so I tried searching and downloading. but my anti virus (AVG free) keeps treating it like a threat - the file called "yt-dpl.exe"

It pops up for every search and atemp to DL

Yep, we use yt-dlp.exe to run YouTube searches.

I have sent my latest syslog.txt file via sendspace to you. I was having troubles accessing Web Transfer.

I have installed 2.4.0.2, and am still having the same issues. I sent my syslog in a couple of days ago.

Can you please send me the log from the 2.4.0.2 version?

It should be 2.4.0.3 -- please install from the link in posted above.

As I wrote above -- please try 2.4.0.3 from this link:

Sorry about the double posts and confusion.

I have installed 2.4.0.3, and so far so good. no crashing after 4 YT downloads, no using my work around tricks to delay or side step the 'eventual' crash.
