14 Day Evaluation Period activated (not working)

I installed and started the 14 day evaluation period, but the software is stuck on trial and is still limited.
Tried restarting program to no avail. I've tried activating the 14 days several times and it says successful but it's still on trial mode and not allowing evaluation functions. Still getting the popup to start the 14 day eval period
I'm running Windows 11
