no music on new laptop

Hi there just had a new laptop windows 11 downloaded siglos can see the words but music is quiet and interweaved with bursts of silence

What is a format of karaoke files you are having problems with when playing back?

Please click "File -> Revert to default values" command.

i will send 1 to you but the files work on my old laptop but not on the new one
