"Inactive Background" Options?

Post by GaSouthpaw »

Would it be possible to add a "Slideshow" feature to the "Inactive Background" option? I know I saw a similar request from a couple of years ago that popped up recently, but I'd like to ask for it again.

Would it would work if a different image was selected every time the song is finished?

Actually, that might be even better.

I didn't even consider it when I posted this over the summer, but I have the Adobe software suite. I used Photoshop and Premiere Rush to create a "movie" to use as the inactive background. Works great and I can customize it exactly the way I want it. There are a number of free programs that will accomplish the same thing.

Turns out my "video" playing between songs is quite effective advertising for the venue- and just about anything else- plus, when a song ends, SKP picks up the video right where it left off (instead of it restarting). The way I've constructed mine, it's a "loop".
If anyone's interested in seeing what I did, you can email me via southpawentertainment(at)gmail.com and I'll send you a link to see an example.
