Get Help & Advice on Installing & Using Karaoke Software by Power Karaoke

My husband a hard drive from hart karaoke industries. It’s just a karaoke system for home.
We got the karaoke system all set up but now it says we need an activation code. We have tried to get in touch with the people we bought it from. But no response. I can’t seem to speak to anyone at tricerasoft. This is a long shot but I’m just checking to see if you can help us at all.

Tricerasoft is long out of business, most of the illegal hard drive sellers do that and leave you hanging.
