Haven't received Unlock codes

I purchased both Siglos Karaoke Player/Recorder 2 and Power CD+G Burner 2 on 10/31. I still have not received my registration codes. Sadly I've had health issues (including surgery) and was unable to log into my email until today to check for the codes.
I've sent an email to [email protected] and included screenshots of my payments thru Paypal to you.
Please send me my codes. Sad part is I was going to upgrade to the Professional, but I'm not about to spend another $50 on upgrading to professional when I can't use the program's I've already purchased from you.
Please advise. As I registered for this forum, you have my email.
