Get Help & Advice on Installing & Using Karaoke Software by Power Karaoke

I had a specific request for a version of a song from YouTube two weeks ago. I searched for, downloaded and used the file without issue at the time. Now two weeks later, the program kept shutting down while trying to use the song. Tried new search and download with same results. Nothing has changed with my computer within this time.

Please specify a full name and a version number for the program you are referring to.

Siglos Karaoke Pro, current newest version

Please download and install the following:

This was no help whatsoever.

And why would I need it when as I said, I had no problem using the file earlier, and nothing has changed on my system?

I refreshed Windows on my computer and re-installed the program and the file has worked again. I'm not sure which of those fixed it.
