I noticed the lagging issues began in version 2.4.1.5. Response times for adding singers’s songs or using sound effects like applause, thunder, wolf howl and etc. are way behind. Songs that are downloaded from YouTube during a show and added to a singer’s que are sometimes dropped or lost. I also notice the program now opens with a box indicating that it is updating the database, but almost always shows in red not responding. Versions before 2.4.1.5 did not open this way. Hope this can be remedied fast as my show was lacking professionalism as a result. Thank you.

I am sorry that you are experiencing these issues. Can you please send your database to [email protected] so I can reproduce this?

Also please try disabling Live folders and Remote queue in case you are not using it.

And before you do all that please try version 2.4.2.2 released today, but make sure to run it twice before checking for improvements (it needs to fix an issue in a database in the first run).

If still no go, please send me your database.
