Issues Importing Songs

Hello, I am reaching out to see if anyone has any advice or help with importing songs into Siglos Karaoke Professional. I have owned this program 7 years and am running into a problem I haven't had before. When importing songs an error message is popping up stating that the files are not present in the hard drive yet the files are present in my local files when searching in my file database... and for the songs that do import, the program is not separating Artist_-_Song_-_Track etc. even though the files are in the correct format. Is there anyone here who may have some experience dealing with this that can help? Thank you

- This is what the list looks like for the files that are currently working. And the files are in the correct _-_ format.

- This is the source location of the files, as you can see the files are in the correct parsing format.

What name parsing rule do you use?

I use the _-_ parsing rule when importing the songs. But have also tried to use the dashes and that also doesn’t work.
