There is a difference between the key changer slider in the Siglos player recorder. Where 1, I am guessing equals one half step. In the tool changer the half steps seems to be point 5 or .5 though the notations are different are they in fact the same.
For example in the Siglos player recorder 2 I imagine equals one full step. While the The Tool changer indicates.1 .5 for the half step.1 for the full step or two half steps

The numbers are the same, only in Karaoke Sound Tools you have additional half-semitones. But +6 is 6 semitones up in both programs.
