Power Karaoke creator and power cd+G to mp4 not loading in windows 11

I have both Karaoke creator and CD+G to mp4 are not loading after 2 months of Installing windows 11 and they were working fine. first it was CD+G to mp4 and now Karaoke creator.
Please help

Could you please describe the problem with more details? Is there any error message displayed? Do you have the latest releases of the software installed?

No, It's an older version but it was working fine before the windows update. and no error message displayed

Please download and install the latest releases currently available in Downloads section of our website.
