Transposing an mp4 file

when transposing an mp4 file, I noticed that the quality of the playback suffers even at half a tone. The load of the PC remains at about 40%. What could be the reason for this?

I use Karaoke professional with the release 2.4.2.4

This is strange... Does it happen for YouTube videos as well (I mean played directly from YouTube)?

No, it doesn't happen when I play videos directly from Youtube via the Powerkaraoke player or download them, I transpose with -3 every time. I then loaded an mp4 file with my tool, 4k Video Downloader with the resolution 480p 25fps directly from Youtube, then the playback gets worse with a key change of -3. Is it because the resolution of the mp4 file is too high?

It shouldn't, I would rather suspect non-standard audio format. Can you share such file with me?
