You may switch to BIN output format, and use "Insert silence to accommodate the image" option. Then, if you want to have your karaoke in MP3+G, convert BIN to MP3+G using Convert tab in Power CD+G Burner 2.

Alternatively, you may add silence to your MP3 soundtrack using a third party software, for example, Audacity, and then shift synchronized labels using Edit -> Shift Labels command in Karaoke CD+G Creator.
