Fill in Playlist randomly skipping

Hello there,
I am using Siglos Professional, the update before the recent one.
Lately my fill in music is randomly skipping to the next song,when a song is cued for a couple of seconds when I click on go to next!
I have other issues with no replies on this forum!
Please can someone help!!
Is everyone away on vacation thanks?

Hi Adam,
The one before the recent thanks.
Also, when this happens, the announcement screen,briefly for a second, shows the following singer before reverting to the current singer.
This is happening randomly!

Could be happening because I have the fill in Playlist 's fade in and out at 3??

Have found out, if you have the fade in and fade out greater than 2 for fill in music, the problem starts!
Is there a solution please and thanks?
Would like to have the fade in and fade out around 4 thanks.
