Syncing issue with first word of song

Hi Team. I am a hobby karaoke enthusiast and have made about 20 songs so far with Karaoke CD+G Creator, and I am really enjoying it. I have an issue, which has only happened once, with one song only. My first word, will not come in where it is synced. I have synced using the space bar, and it is in the right spot, but when I play the karaoke, the first line is coming up all at once, not in the order it is synced. I have tried adjusting using the soundtrack panel but doesn't matter where the first word is, the first line still comes up at once, as if they are not synced. I also added a clear screen and another line in front, at the start of the song, which I synced, but then both lines just came up at once. Can anyone help? This has not happened to me before and I am rather stuck!!
