program not working normally

Recently had my laptop crash on me. Somehow when I thought I was doing a syatem restore, it actually wiped out windows 10 and returned it to Windows 7

I still have the program that opens, and i can still make song selections, but not able to save a set list.
DOBLON no longer is the folder to go to, wheni create a set list and try to save it I get an error message that says I need permission from the admionistrator
