2.4.4.26 hotkey volume behavior

Hello!

On my installed prior version, 2.4.3.23, when siglos is in focus, volume hotkey is [ and ]. Adjusting vol + and vol - in windows will not affect siglos. I desire this, windows has more granularity 0-100, versus siglos 0-100 in 10 increments.

On new version, 2.4.4.26, siglos volume hotkey is still [ and ], but piggybacks on vol + and vol -. Adjusting system volume will change both sliders at the same time.

Unsure if this is expected behavior, I'd love original behavior where siglos is [ and ] only.
