New computer

I have had to put siglos onto my new laptop as a back up, however I put all my details in the boxes and it has not recognised me. My initial purchase was in June 2022. Any ideas????

Did you install the latest release of the program? You need to renew the program license in order to do this. Please visit "Renewals" section on Buy Now webpage to do so.
