Purchased a license several years back, had the old laptop die with the blue screen of death. Did not save the unlock code in a separate location so it can be retrieved. Do you by chance have that code and could you send it to me? [email protected] Steve Kile

I recommend to renew the program license, and install its latest release. Please visit "Renewals" section on Buy Now webpage to do so.

Thank you Adam for your response to my question but I don't intend to but another license when I already have a license and have found the activation code but it does not seem to work. Any other suggestions to correct this problem?

Please use the originally downloaded setup file for the purchased release of the program. It will work with the unlock code you have.

Also please note, a price of a license renewal is only a fraction of an original price.
