Get Help & Advice on Installing & Using Karaoke Software by Power Karaoke

Hello, I recently purchased Kanto Video Creator and submitted a batch of .mid and .kar files for conversion to karaoke mp4. Quite a few of them came out with no lyrics (althought the source file has lyrics) and som have lyrics that had font size changes - in some cases too small to read.
Please help.
