I have been using Siglos Pro for a number of years and have always used drag and drop to import songs. Somehow I have hit a button or changed a setting or something. Now, when I attempt to import a new song, it goes into some box that appears on my import page and I am unable to move it into the data base. I think I am on my 3rd edition of your soft ware and recommend it to anyone who will listen. I do a "lounge act" where I program 20 songs or so into the playlist and sing them as they come up. I do this 40 times a month or so. I import songs constantly to expand my selection and would be grateful for what help you may suggest.

Please enable "Use old drag'n'drop behaviour" option in File -> Settings -> KJ cont. -> General.

Thank you, Adam, for attempting to help me. I tried what you suggested without success. Always before, imported songs appeared under "Song Import Results." This heading is at the top of the page. Beneath that is a subheading, "Songs added : 0" directly beneath that is a box in which my imported songs have always appeared.
Now, beneath that box is a subheading, Songs not added (names not matched): 1 Beneath that is a box which contains that song I was trying to import, but I cannot move it into the database. I don't know what in the hell I have changed. Thank you for what you can do.

Just to be on the same page -- you were dropping the songs onto the Import songs window? Of somewhere else?

I have tested and this works properly, but maybe I am missing something. Can you possibly post/email us a screenshot?

I don't know how to do screen shots. My wife said I could take a picture with my phone and send it, but again I don't know how. Google tells me the screen shot is step 1,2,3 but it just doesn't work. Is there a way to text the picture to you? My phone number is 304.590.0600.

You may make a photo with your phone and then share it using Google Drive. Or email it to [email protected]
