I'm newly registered. I have the lyrics on my screen in Windows Media Player but no audio. I've also downloaded audio grabber thinking that would solve things....but still no sound. Any direction??

Please make sure that you have MP3 file of the same name as CDG file -- MP3 file is needed for audio. Please try playing mary.cdg from C:\Program Files\Doblon\Power CD+G Filter\samples directory and see if it plays correctly.
