Get Help & Advice on Installing & Using Karaoke Software by Power Karaoke

I purchased the CD+G to Karaoke Video software before perhaps less than a year ago. I recently had to reinstall windows and I seem to have forgot to back up my KEY. I have moved as well and am not sure what email address I used to originally purchase the software. What would you need so I can reactivate the software? Here are some emails I might have used to purchase the software one of which is no longer in use.

This is Mike T. I've registered to use the forum here. I have sent an email to support@powerkaraoke.com from miket35@socal.rr.com providing the address needed. Please let me know if this is the correct one since I do not remember which card I used so I may provide another.
