Get Help & Advice on Installing & Using Karaoke Software by Power Karaoke

I can synchronize the lyric and everything is nice.. but when I create the CDG and I play it back, the highlighted lyric overlaps with the original lyric.. I tried checking and un-checking "sweep words", changing the font, text effect (enable and disable), colors... pretty much every option I can see in the program, and still can't get it right. also it highligh one , two or three words a a time.. and every time its different. I have no other idea of what to do.

I will appreciate any help.. please!
