I'm sorry, but Matshita drives do not support CDG. In such case the only solution is to obtain the drive that does, for example Pioneer or Plextor.

I concur. Your drive must support RAW DAO 96 for reading and writing CD+G. Less than a third of the Matsushita drives support that format. It would not make any difference what software you use.

Your only solution is a different drive. Happy shopping!

I'm having the same problem as Elmo above (sound but no graphics). I'm using a fairly new HP DVD Writer 840x S632. Is this one supported by the software? Thanks

In general, The HP drives do not support CDG properly, so I would say it is the case as above.

I have a matsushita drive in my Mac Mini and it burns fine. I can't seem to get it to burn under Mac OS X, which is where I want it to most.

I have a modren CD ROM Device: HL DT ST DVD+RW GSA-H73N SCSI, installed in a new Dell Desktop with Vista Operating system,.

I can only convert Zip files to "Bin, or to KaraokeCDG and MP3.
The CD's will play on my computer but on my Karaoke Machine I only can get the Audio. How do I get files converted to CD+G which i understand is the proper format ?

Could you please send us a log file created by Power CD+G Burner. It is cdgblog.txt file located in 'C:\Program Files\Doblon\Power CD+G Burner' directory (if you are using Windows Vista please press Ctrl+L and the folder containing the log file will be displayed). This will allow us to find what the problem might be.

Please switch to CDRDao mode, and enable MMC_RAW driver in the Settings dialog box. Those settings should work with HL drive.

The suggestion to switch to CDRDao mode, and enable MMC_RAW driver in the Settings dialog box worked for my HL-DT-ST DVDRAM drive. Thank you.
