can't install karaoke cd+g creator pro

when i try to install it gives me these errors.

c:\programfiles\Doblon\karaoke cd+g creator pro\power vocalremover.ax
c:\programfiles\Doblon\karaoke cd+g creator pro\power slowdown.ax

unable register the Dll/ocx:
load library failed; code 14001
unable to execute file:
