Get Help & Advice on Installing & Using Karaoke Software by Power Karaoke

I bought the CD+G program. I was really impressed with it. Unfortunately, some inept computer repair person made it inaccessible.
Can I ge sent another copy? I do still have the code that activated it after I downloade the trial version.
